MW Properties owner, Mary Winkel, is a Fox Cities, Wisconsin born native that has been involved in Real Estate since 2017.

She received her Bachelors of Business Management with a Real Estate Emphasis and began her career thereafter.

Being involved in new construction and rentals since the age of 20, Mary has always had a passion for All Things Real Estate. She began her career in sales as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and quickly grew from there into investing and remodeling rental properties of her own.

Now being a Licensed Broker and managing almost 50 units throughout the Fox Valley, Mary prides herself in having the expertise and skills to manage properties and tenants, and treat them like their own investments.
